Travis and Jason Kelce’s ‘New Heights’ ranks as the most popular podcast in more US states than any other podcast.
Using Google Trend data, Casino Apps have sourced the most popular podcast in all 50 states. The data was sourced by searching every top 50 podcast in the US in 2024.
With 19 states picking it as their number one podcast, ‘New Heights With Jason And Travis Kelce’ was on top in the most states, one ahead of Joe Rogan’s podcast, which was most popular in 18 states.

Taylor Swift Effect Boosts Kelce Popularity
Whilst NFL stars the Kelce brothers were already popular, there’s little doubt that Travis’ relationship with pop icon Taylor Swift has catapulted their podcast to ‘new heights’ as the show references.
For the months of July and August 2023, immediately before Travis and Taylor started dating, the New Heights youtube channel gained 17 million and 19 million new video views.
But in September and October,. the figures exploded to 39 million and then 72 million new views, demonstrating the Swifty effect almost overnight.
The Longevity Of The Joe Rogan Experience
‘New Heights’ may have narrowly overtaken the Joe Rogan Experience in terms of popularity, but the Kelce brothers are virtual novices compared to Joe Rogan.
Travis and Jason’s podcast first aired in September 2022, and has released 98 episodes at the time of writing.
Compare that with Joe Rogan’s 2427 episodes since his podcast began in December 2009 and it’s clear to see who wins for longevity.
Will Taylor Swift Ever Appear On New Heights?
One thing yet to happen is for Taylor Swift to feature as a guest on ‘New Heights’.
Neil Roarty, Content Lead at Casino Apps discussed the possibility, and what impact it could have on the show.
He said: “The data shows that Travis and Jason Kelce have already reached the top of the podcast game in America, and introduced an entirely new fanbase to the NFL.
“But an appearance on the show from Taylor Swift could see them blow up like never before, and would almost certainly smash any viewing records in the podcast’s history.”
Methodology
We collated data using Google Trend’s IOT (Interest Over Time) tool. By searching each of the 50 states across Edison Research’s top 50 podcast of 2024 we identified the most popular podcast by state.
