But things have changed drastically in the past couple of weeks, and some of the marquee games for the reigning National Champions have become much more affordable.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Highlights<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Average ticket prices for Michigan have dropped more than 28%<\/li>\n<li>Price for game against Texas has dropped from $441 to $207 in just two weeks<\/li>\n<li>Ticket prices for every game on Michigan&#8217;s home schedule have decreased<\/li>\n<li>Three of Michigan&#8217;s home games are priced at less than $75<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expectations are down a bit this year in Ann Arbor thanks to the departure of key pieces that included their head coach. But Michigan still entered the season ranked in the top-10, and had the ticket prices to show for it.<\/p>\n<h2>Michigan vs. Texas Sees 53% Price Drop<\/h2>\n<p>Coming into the year, the Wolverines had an average get-in price of $162, which was $48 more expensive than the next-highest (USC). That figure was gathered on August 14th, and has since dropped by more than 28%. The average get-in price for Michigan now sits at $116, and dropping.<\/p>\n<p>There is no greater evidence than their upcoming game against the Texas Longhorns. The Week 2 matchup ranked as the most expensive game in the entire Big Ten for the 2024 season in mid-August, sporting a price tag of $441. That number has decreased by more than half, and now sits <a href=\"https:\/\/seatgeek.com\/michigan-wolverines-football-tickets\/ncaa-football\/2024-09-07-12-pm\/6261117\">a far-more-affordable $207.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps folks in the Big House are avoiding seeing their team lose a game for the first time since December 31st, 2022. Texas is looking to solidify themselves as a top-5 team and a National Championship favorite, and are full 7-point favorites to defeat Michigan as the road team.<\/p>\n<h2>Michigan Ticket Prices Down By 28%<\/h2>\n<p>The Wolverines should be big favorites in Week 3 for their third home game of the year, but that doesn\u2019t mean that ticket prices are getting any higher. Their September 14th contest against Arkansas State now has a price tag of $35, down 44% from the $63 figure we saw just a couple of weeks back.<\/p>\n<p>Every other game on Michigan\u2019s schedule has seen a price decrease, as well.
