Q: Where did you end up on your travels in Thailand then?

A: I went to Koh Samui, and then I went to Phuket, and then went to Koh Phi Phi, another place in Phuket, and then to Chiang Mai in the north. So I did like a three week travel trip.

Q: Any crazy stories or you keep it low key?

A: Oh my gosh, I went to a ping pong show and I was totally shocked. This woman was doing something with her body and popping balloons like she was throwing darts. What? Shooting them? Yeah, popping them. Then, they start pulling people from the audience to play ping pong. I didn’t participate because you had to pay extra. I wasn’t interested in playing. She launches the balls, and you have to hit them, but they end up flying into the crowd. So I had to dodge these ping pong balls because I didn’t want them hitting me. My boxing skills came in handy that day.

Q: How long have you been back?

A: It’s been just a week. I’ve started going back to the gym, which was challenging since I hadn’t been training. However, I did manage to go for a run once. I’m trying to get back into a routine. And I’ve been eating a lot of Pad Thai. The Thai people are incredibly nice.

Q: KSI commentated on your unanimous points win over Jenny Savage, saying this is a boxing masterclass from Elle Brooke!

A: That is nice of him. I’m kind of like an extremely lazy boxer. I think sometimes I need to get out of the habit of this. That I knew I’d won rounds one, two, and three. So I don’t even need to try. And obviously, I think she won like rounds four or five. But I knew that I’d won. Put my legs up. I’ve been paid. So I think more so than me being lazy, I think that’s more like inexperience that you shouldn’t, just because you think you won, don’t let it go up to the judges. You know, you can’t take your foot off the gas, you can’t be lazy, like you need to go in there and win every single round, even though you think you’ve won.

Q: You knocked Paige VanZant down but just got the draw in the end, which is a controversial decision.

A: I know. I think that’s funny, I loved that fight. It’s February now, and that’s almost a year ago, so it’s kind of sad now. It was fun going to Houston, I had my whole team there.

Like, it was a whole experience. It was so stressful and I think I’ve taken 10 years off my life  doing that fight, honestly. It was so stressful. We spoke just before that fight and you said you weren’t drinking, you were living like a monk. But it paid off. It did pay off. And to be honest, I think that I’ve kind of changed my life habits as a whole now. I always thought like, after a fight I’m going to go crazy, I’m going to drink so much, get so f**ked up. And then it comes to the end of a fight and I didn’t want to do it. You did say you were going to do that, and have a wild summer. I see my friends now, and I’m better than that. Like, I actually think I’m something else. Like, what the f*ck as if I wasn’t, 14 and drunk in a park every weekend? You know what I mean? Maybe you have gone full circle now. I have. Now I’m in the boxing life and fitness but I’m lacking on the fitness part but I kind of try to eat healthy. I had a Domino’s pizza last night though.

Q: We saw what Ebanie Bridges was at ringside as well. Talking up a potential future fight between you guys, but I don’t know how you’d feel about that..

A: Could you imagine when you look at women to fight, like Paige was perfect. Not only was she skilled, she had that brand behind her. She had all those fans and like so many people that are invested in her. But when you look at other people, there are so many amazing, brilliant female world champions that nobody’s heard of. Like such a small amount of exposure because they’re just not big on social media. They don’t get the views. It’s unlike men’s boxing. There’s a lot less eyes on it. Whereas Ebanie is perfect because she has that brand. Everybody knows her. Her weigh-ins are iconic, she smashes social media. Her brand is so strong that it would be perfect to fight her. The only bittersweet thing is that she’s ultimately my best friend. But I think that we are close enough that it wouldn’t affect our friendship. You don’t think so? No, I don’t think so. We can kiss after. We’ll probably kiss in the weigh in anyway. I think you’re right though, that would smash it. You and Ebanie Bridges. That’s what people want. I know, because we’re both known for our weigh ins, so there’s so many questions. No one will be getting slapped with an egg in the ear though, hopefully. Could you imagine? I just thought that would have really hurt. If it was boiled, that would have hurt. I think the fact it was just dripping down his face though, it was kind of more humiliating, really, wasn’t it?  Well, the rest of them were, like, being held back on stage. And Eubank just kind of got off a bit unscathed. I think so (Conor Benn to get revenge in the ring). I think he’s just very, very hot headed.

Q:  In terms of boxers, legends from the past and the present, if you could choose one to train you maybe for, like, your next fight or future fight, is there anyone that springs to mind?

A: Do you know what? I want to fight a Mexican. I love the viciousness of a Mexican. And obviously I’m short, so I think going for the body and the head, mixing it up, going forward. I’m not afraid to be punched, even though I shouldn’t really get punched. And I need to be a bit more slick and smooth with it. I feel like a Mexican style would be perfect. Someone like Canelo. I don’t know, I think Oscar De La Hoya would piss me off. I’d be like, f*ck off, you know?

Q: You said people are kind of sliding your DMs asking to be punched by you.

A: Yeah, that’s right. You’ve obviously been to my house, I could just make a boxing ring dungeon. Down there. And then just beat men up. The thing is they ask me to do it. I think that’s so strange. But then I think, is that crossing the line in terms of like, like, am I going to get sued for that one day? I don’t know. It’s going to be like the contract, like there’s a serious thing going on.

Q: I’ve got a question here. What are your thoughts on the way the British public views the adult industry? And do you think it’s time the UK starts to show more respect to it and its adult stars?

A: As a whole, I think America as a society is a lot more accepting of like plus 18 content than the UK is, but I still don’t think it’s that bad, but maybe I’m so immune to hate that when people tell me to kill myself I’m just like, ah, fan mail. I’m so immune to it. It’s sad that people resort to those kind of things. It is. But anyone gets hated. But people just love to hate it. I think it’s not necessarily a culture that people shame 18 plus. I think it’s a culture that people shame absolutely anyone on the internet, like people on Love Island aren’t sex workers and they get absolutely hounded and like there’s people that have committed suicide from the hate. You know, like I think as a society it’s so normalized to write a hate comment. I mean that’s kind of where the problem stems from, not people necessarily hating 18 plus content. It’s just kids, isn’t it? Like social media and the people that use it. I’ve never written a hate comment and I just think the type of people that are will be the young people, and they’re just angry at the world, I wish them the best and hopefully they grow out of it.

Q: Bonnie Blue, I think she was using your name to build a bit of hype, saying she does want to fight you in the future. Is that a fight you’d entertain?

A: Can you imagine? Like, I wonder who’s more hated? Who would get the fans on their side? Like will people be on my side? Yeah, you’d be the fan favourite. I think if you can get ruined by over a thousand men in a day, you’ve got some balls on you. And I think that you’d at least need to do a fight. Like put your money where your mouth is If you want to do absolutely anything that you say. So, we’ll see. I don’t know whether she’ll go into boxing. I don’t think she needs to. I seen somewhere where she said that she made 1.4 million in a month. Like, babe, you don’t need to box. Like, keep your face intact, you’re a pretty girl. I mean, other parts of you get ruined, but babe, keep that face. She might be exaggerating, though with the 1. 4 million. But she did say she’s been contacted by misfits, apparently. Oh, really?

Q: Do you think it would be possible for a guy to do the reverse? Sleep with 1000 women in the day?

A: No, because it’s so normalized for men to be promiscuous. I don’t know if it’s actually true or not. You wouldn’t be able to finish every single time. No way. But I don’t think you’d be able to find a thousand women willing to participate, but you’d easily find a thousand men.

Q: I think Lily Phillips and Bonnie Blue have both said they’re pregnant. Most likely a huge publicity stunt…

A: I think they are just both so smart at being able to get views and are willing to do the absolute most to get people’s attention and it’s doing well and obviously, some people might not agree with it, but they’re getting rich and that’s all they want. So they’re going to be happy.

Q: They kind of followed on from the momentum that you built. Kind of, do you feel like they’re, they’re following in your footsteps to an extent or?

A: I don’t know. I think that we are so completely different. I mean, I started the industry before them, but I think they’re on their own path and I don’t know if I ever want to be competing with them. They’ve made it into a competitive kind of industry now, which is something I never saw coming. It’s just like the shocking factor, willing to do the most that people are so gobsmacked. But where do you go from here? How do you top that?  I’m here to enjoy the ride.  I’m impressed with these women coming up with these ideas about the extremities that they’re willing to go through. Get it girls.

Q: We mentioned Conor Benn and Chris Eubank Jr. there, are you going to go to the fight? Who do you think is going to win?

A: I’m drawn to Eubank Jr as a personality because I really like him and I really enjoy the beefy fights. I don’t know about Conor Benn. I kind of hope Eubank wins because of the comical factor that he’s put into it. The egg was funny. He’s getting a rise out of Benn. And if he can get him so emotional and so angry that he performs worse, that could be a tactic within itself. The mind games do seem to be working early doors.

Q: Tyson Fury’s retired again, so he says, but then do you think it’s just a tactic for him to kind of maximise his value if Turki Al-Sheikh comes back and says Anthony Joshua wants to fight you. Come out of retirement.

A: I mean, these guys have made so much money, that his wealth and his fortune, like he probably can’t even spend anyway, so why would you put your life on the line for another 100 million? I mean he’s got a big family, they’re probably expensive.

Q: Should we talk about Man City briefly? Hasn’t been a great season for them. No, Jesus Christ. Isn’t it funny that our awful is fourth place? God, they’re doing so awful.

Q: What about Phil Foden? He’s got his girlfriend pregnant for the fourth time. Is he the horniest footballer in the world?

A: Yeah, I know. But if you actually look at it though, in terms of values, it is quite cute. They’re childhood sweethearts. He’s obviously loaded. She just stays at home and looks after the kids or whatever. I mean, it’s probably a bit more complex than that. In terms of the nuclear family, hats off to you. Like, that’s great values. He’s earning enough money to be able to give him a good lifestyle. Maybe he’s going to go for 10 or 11. Probably wants his own squad. He’s probably going to go for 11, you know what I mean?

A: Kyle Walker, he’s in trouble again, moved out to Italy hasn’t he.

A: I know he’s gone. I mean, he’s getting old, isn’t he? So I think that’s ultimately where it’s gone, so we’ve shipped him off. All that stuff with Lauren Goodman. He loves drama, he just can’t help it. He’s a normal, typical footballer that just loves women. I guess it’s a better distraction than going out partying, I don’t know, but I hope he’s got some prenups.

Q: I think the last time we spoke Dillon Danis was kind of a hot topic at that point in time. Now he’s gonna be fighting KSI.

A: I know that obviously he fought Logan, but I can’t remember what happened with him. But do you know what? Dillon Danis is just a master at being able to sell a fight, so I can understand.

And KSI’s been out of the ring for a while. Like it’s been well over a year. Maybe like a year and a half. Like, he’s not fought in a long time, so it’s a good warm up fight. I know that KSI would always want to test himself and take these harder fights that people genuinely want to see.

So maybe this one is a bit of a cop out in terms of ability. But it’s going to sell tickets and people are going to be really, really interested.

Q: Dillon Danis was trolling Paige brutally before your fight. But he hasn’t, he hasn’t seemed to kind of go into overdrive with KSI on the trolling front really.

A: Do you think this is because of the Logan Paul sue? Like, isn’t he being sued by Logan Paul and Nina, I think her name is? I think he’s probably learned his lesson. And I think it’s hard, isn’t it? Because KSI’s girlfriend is really secret. I don’t think he’s ever posted a picture of her face.

Like, she’s very behind the scenes. So like, how would you attack him?

Q: Harley Benn, Connor Ben’s half brother is on the card as well

A: I know, he’s been at the gym. He’s been sparring. He’s fighting Joe Laws. I like them both. I really like Joe Laws. Tough one to call. Joe Laws had that fight with Michael Hennessy didn’t he? In York Hall. And obviously that was a really shocking fight. And he was the underdog for that fight. So, I had a soft spot for him anyway. But to see how much that fight meant to him. Like, it’s just really endearing.

Q: Darren Till is also fighting, a bit of a mad scouser.

A: Yeah, he called me a meatball once on Twitter. As an insult. I can’t remember what he said, but then he was like, he called me a meatball. I didn’t know how to reply to that. He won that Twitter argument!  But his last fight smashed the numbers for the Misfits. I think it was the most viewed non-PPV card. So no wonder they’ve got him back so quickly. And he’s obviously trained by a really good team. He’s in the Rotunda with Beefy (Liam Smith) in his corner. So he’s got such a great team. There’s such good boxers coming out of there. And I’ve been up to that gym because I did content with Beefy before, like a YouTube video where he trained me. I can’t remember if he was there, but he’s been training in boxing. I think solely boxing for a very long time. And you can see that he’s skilled. Like, I think people obviously thought because he’s an  MMA fighter, he won’t be good in the ring. But, ultimately he destroyed Anthony Taylor, and I hate saying that because I love him so much. But Anthony Taylor is tough. I know, arguably, he’s only really fought influencers, and Darren is massive. He was huge in that ring as well. But he is really tough, and seeing how he broke Anthony Taylor down is impressive.

Q: Because he was supposed to fight Tommy Fury before, wasn’t he? But Fury pulled out after threats were made by Till.

A: Tommy Fury’s also like a pretty big guy. But then I think I want to see Jake Paul versus Tommy Fury again. Because there’s unfinished business. What made him think he wanted to fight Canelo though? Like I wonder if Canelo would have thought that these fans have paid a lot of money to be here, people have paid the PPV, let’s try and give them a few minutes. Because he can probably flatten him in seconds, you know what I mean? Would he pay with his food like a cat and a mouse?  Yeah, he could do well. Wouldn’t I like to pay for this dinner? Jake Paul would probably be running around the ring trying to get away from him, maybe the ego’s just taken over with Jake Paul at this point. But I think that’s what’s so brilliant about boxers isn’t it. You need people like that with an ego, that think they can never be beaten, because they’re the ones that take the hard fights. And the stupid ones that take the entertaining fights.

Q: So what about yourself though for the rest of 2025, we’re only in March now, aren’t we? So, what are your plans? What’s in the pipeline?

A: I’m seeing what I want to do with my life, I think I’m kind of growing up a little bit as well, so I don’t really know what to do. I’ve obviously bought my house, and it was always like this ultimate goal of mine. What do I actually want to do? Like my career as a boxer, I’ve never really had a set goal, my set goal has always been to win that fight, whereas I think I really need to kind of think about the smaller ones, like maybe some other belts or a certain opponent that I can build up to. Because right now, I think winning fight by fight, one by one, obviously that’s really good, but it’s not fulfilling a certain need inside of me, I need benchmarks. So we’ll see, I think obviously, like I was meant to fight Paige and that was always like a great rematch to build up to. We’ll see. I’m staying fit and healthy so if I get called tomorrow, I can say give me six weeks. That’s the minimum, six weeks. I will fight anyone, you know.

When I went traveling, I realised there’s a life outside boxing. I never knew this life. Well, I clearly did because I didn’t start till hours later anyway, but it makes you miss it. But, at the same time, when you go back to something, it makes you miss it as well. Because I think I was falling out of love with boxing because I was doing it so much and I had so much pressure on me. I was not enjoying this. Maybe I’ll do something like MMA, I don’t know how it works being a shorter fighter, but then I guess Zhang Weilii, she’s pretty small and she’s the best ever.
